Mem-Star offers a 2 year replacement warranty for all system matched and generic memory modules. Advanced replacements will be re-invoiced and credited upon receipt of the faulty goods. we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. In accordance with UK consumer law, we offer full refunds for items that are faulty, not as described, or don’t perform as expected. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and another 14 days to return the item for a full refund. Please do not return goods without a Valid RMA number. This number should be clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging. Returned products should be correctly packaged observing static precautions the packaging should be adequate to ensure that the product cannot be damaged in transit. Defacing labels or retail packaging may affect your warranty claim.

Once you've filled this form in this form, please expect an email response from us within 24 hours with additionally information, we'll explain where to send the parcel to, and how long it'll take to get your money refunded back to you. Its important to note but the cost of shipping back to us is the senders responsibility.

Refunds are usually sent via the same payment method you paid by. If you pay via PayPal it'll be instant, while Stripe usually takes a few days.

If your order arrived to you damage or in an unworking condition, we will either send a new one out or refund you, depending on the situation.
